Jorge Lendeborg Jr, who was born in the Dominican Republic before moving to the US at the age of four, is on track to become a household name this year after joining another big film franchise.

Receiving rave reviews for his roles in The Land in 2016 and Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017, the young actor is now set to take on the male lead in Paramount’s Transformers standalone film Bumblebee (released in December 2018), alongside Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld. In addition, Lendeborg Jr will appear in Greg Berlanti’s coming-of-age comedy drama Love, Simon, and in the film adaptation of the popular manga series, Alita: Battle Angel, produced by James Cameron.
